Standard probe “1x4” for Crack depth meter ET-28
Sensor «1×4» included in the standard delivery of Crack depth meter ET-28 electro potential.
Sensor is designed to measure the depth of cracks from 0.5 to 30 mm. This sensor has 4 electrodes, which are arranged in a row.
Operational advantages
- Control of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials(stainless steel, aluminum alloys, etc.)
- Measurings range – from 0.5 to 30 mm.
- Mobile spring-loaded contact electrodes of the sensor enable the user to perform measurements on curved surfaces.
- Low impact of the material electromagnetic properties on the measurement result.

Special probe “2x2” for Crack depth meter ET-28
Sensor «2×2» is designed to work on surfaces with a small distance between cracks.
This sensor has 4 electrodes, which are arranged in two rows.
Operational advantages
- Control of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic materials(stainless steel, aluminum alloys, etc.)
- Measurings range – from 0.5 to 20 mm.
- Work on a surface with a close location of cracks (“grid”).
- Sensor «2×2» allows you to take measurements in hard-to-reach places.
- Mobile spring-loaded contact electrodes of the sensor enable the user to perform measurements on curved surfaces.
- Low impact of the material electromagnetic properties on the measurement result.

Special probe “3+1” for Crack depth meter ET-28
Sensor «3+1» with external electrode is designed to measure the depth of cracks than 30 mm.
This sensor has 4 electrodes, 3 of which are arranged in one row, and 1 current electrode is external.
The external electrode allows you to increase the voltage, thereby expanding the measurement range of crack depth to 100 mm.

- Measurings range – from 30 to 100 mm.
- Sensor «3+1» allows you to take measurements in hard-to-reach places.

Special test block KO28-1 for crack measurement
Test block with 3 cracks KO28-1 is designed to test the operability of the Crack depth meter ET-28.
The sample is made of structural carbon steel.
Before each use of the device for measuring the depth of cracks on the product, it is necessary to check its operation on a control sample.
The main characteristics of Test block KO28-1:
- 3 cracks of different depths were simulated on the KO28-1 sample: 1, 2, and 5 mm.
- KO28-1 is included in the basic delivery set of the Crack depth meter ET-28 electro potential.
Special test block KO28-2 for crack measurement
Special test block KO28-2 for crack measurement is designed to test the operability of the Crack depth meter ET-28 electro potential.
5 cracks of different depths were simulated on the KO28-2 sample: 2, 5, 10, 20, 30 mm.
The sample is made of structural carbon steel.
Before each use of the device for measuring the depth of cracks on the product, it is necessary to check its operation on a control sample.
Control sample KO-345 with simulated crack
Control sample KO-345 with simulated crack is designed to test the operability of the Eddy-current flaw detector ED-45 and the Crack depth meter ET-28.
The sample is made of structural carbon steel grade No. 20.
Before each use of the device for measuring the depth of cracks on the product, it is necessary to check its operation on a control sample.
The main characteristics of KO-345:
- A crack with a depth range of 1.8 – 2 mm was simulated on the sample.
- KO-345 is included in the basic delivery set of the Eddy-current flaw detector ED-45.
