Exploitation
Probe D is optimized to address the primary hardness testing requirements of metal products with surface roughness less than 3.2 Ra. To ensure accurate measurements, the controlled item must meet specific requirements:
- Items heavier than 3 kg and thicker than 6 mm require no additional preparation.
- Items with a thickness of less than 6 mm should be securely fixed using a vice clamp or support plate with fixing paste.
Attention
If you purchase only Probe D, the Hardness tester TQ-3C should be sent for retrofit and alignment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
